Our school- Helda College of Jiangsu Polytechnic University is situated in the beautiful city of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, which is famous for its flourishing economy, abundant resources, fascinating scenery and outstanding talents. Covering an area of 350 mu, our campus is a well-equipped, beautiful, appealing one with profound cultural foundation.

It is adjacent to the downtown of Changzhou, in the vicinity of the coach station and railway station, which greatly facilitates our daily life. Our campus is divided by a street from east to west named Xingyuan Rd into two parts. The northern campus is comparatively bigger, thus the most of my time is spent and most of my activities take place in it. As soon as you approach the main entrance of our campus, you’ll catch sight of an age-old teaching building with two big characters on it, which means “responsibility” and is the maxim of our school. Most of our courses take place in this building while the rest in another teaching building in the southern campus. To the west of the teaching building, there exists a refined and beautiful garden in which a great variety of flowers and trees are planted.

In the garden there is also a small river in which fishes swim leisurely and lotuses blossom in the

summer. On the river there stands a miniature bridge. Among these trees, there is a small mound on which a pavilion overlooks all the scenery in this garden. And in the corner of the garden, there is a bamboo grove in which lots of birds live and multiply peacefully.

When you come to this garden, you’ll feel that you’ve arrived at a classical garden of Suzhou. In your spare time or when you need to divert yourself from the heavy burden of study, you can take a walk in this garden, enjoy the beautiful scenery which is pleasing to both the eye and the mind and feel the relaxation. In the rear of our teaching building you’ll find our library, in which a large collection of books are kept. When we encounter any problem in study, we’ll turn to the library for help: we’ll borrow the relevant reference books in it; when we need to study, we’ll go to the library since it creates a good learning atmosphere for us; when we intend to while away some of our spare time, the library provides literatures, books on travel and so on for us to read, also does it supply us with a net café which leads us to know the outside world better; when we feel like to acquaint ourselves with the news at home and abroad, the library also offers us the latest newspapers, magazines and periodicals. In a word, the library plays a key role in assisting our study, lifting our mental and ethic levels and enriching our daily life. Besides, our campus has 4 dining halls in which delicacies of various kinds from different places of China are served to meet the tastes of different collegians. Also does our campus provide us various arenas for our after-class activities, which does not only make our spare time more colorful, but also improve our personal qualities and our ability to solve problems. My schoolmates are featured by their diligent, confident, down-to-earth quality. They are high-caliber person who are ready to help others. Thanks to their high competence and great contribution, our college is enjoying a strong sense of academic and learning atmosphere, as well as, a higher and higher reputation in Jiangsu province. How to deal with the office relationship? The question is very important for any office clerk in the office, unless you do not work in  the office or you are only one in your office. so the office relation is important, if you can deal with it well, you could improve your efficiency and get promotion in your company, especially work for a private company. How to deal with the relationship? Here is how:

1.Work hard every day and keep low appearance and humility. If you can do like this, In my opinion, your colleague would like you very much and help you if you are in some troubles. Most of them would think you can not grab their benefit in the company, Do not worry about you threat their living instead of good friend;

2.Keep smile and clam in front of your colleague. If you can keep smile and clam inspire of anything urgent happen to you, your colleague will like you more. None want to see a cold face for a whole day, smile could influence your colleagues’ mind, of course, the bad mind also do it. once your colleague be influenced by your smile, they would do their best to work and improve their efficient, then they would get some promotion;

3.You need to be kind of your colleague. you can spend your spare time medaling and drinking with your colleague sometimes, you could enjoy the meal together and communicate your thought which it is not convenient to talk in the office. if you can, you should do a favor when the others are trouble in something with your selflessness;

4.Don’t talk about your personal business in the office, try to keep your business out of  the office. everyone should have your private business, you could deal with it in your family;

5. Don’t complain anybody in front of your colleagues instead of praise. If you are not content with someone, you could solve it by talking with him or her. little complaint and more praise in the office;

Although there are disadvantages of ads, we can not forget the advantages and the conveniences they bring to us. First, by telling us where something is available, they may save us money and time. They guide us in finding suitable jobs and other information as well. Secondly, a wide range of activities and institutions receive financial support through advertising. Without this support we would have to pay much more for newspapers and sports games. Thirdly, perfect advertisements even provide entertainment. A considerable amount of effort goes into their production. So in most cases the photography is truly artistic, the slogans are genuinely witty, and the situations are decidedly funny.

Generally speaking, advertisements have become one of the most authoritative voices speaking to us today. Let us make our life easier by learning to choose proper ads, and be the master of advertisements, not their salve.
